3 Indian recipes you should try during Ramadan

Quick and easy chicken curry
Heat 1 tbsp of curry paste in a pan. Add 600 g of chicken cubes and cook for 3 minutes. Add 1 cup of coconut milk and 1 cup of cooking cream then stir to combine. Cook the mixture until it boils then serve topped with roasted almonds. You can prepare delicious naan bread with Masterchef Gourmet and serve it on the side.
Delicious potato fritters
Wash, peel and slice 8 potatoes. In your kitchen machine, combine 2 cups of gram flour, 2 cups of rice flour, 2 tsp of chili pepper, ½ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of salt and 1 chopped sprig of curry leaves. Start the appliance on low and add water until the mixture forms a thin lump-free paste. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Dip the potato slices in the flour batter then fry them until golden.
Mouthwatering curried rice
Sauté 2 medium-sized chopped onions with 6 garlic cloves in a saucepan. Add 2 ½ tbsp of curry powder and 4 cups of white long grain rice. Cook for 1 min. Add 6 ½ cups of water and season with a pinch of salt. Boil uncovered, for 8 minutes. Reduce heat to low, then place the lid and cook for 15 additional minutes. Remove the pan and let the rice stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve with chicken curry, tikka masala or tandoori chicken. Bon appetit!
