Strawberry cheesecake

This probably is the easiest way to prepare a strawberry cheesecake! Crush 250 g of biscuits ‎on high speed using Ultrablend +. Add 100g of melted butter and blend on high speed until ‎you get the desired consistency. Press the biscuit mixture firmly in the bottom of a ‎springform pan and chill until firm. To prepare the filling, mix 600 g of cream cheese with ‎‎100 g of icing sugar and few drops of vanilla essence in your blender. Gradually add 1 ¼ ‎cups of heavy cream until combined. Spread mixture over your biscuit base and chill for 3 ‎hours at least. Top your chilled cheesecake with fresh strawberries and strawberry sauce then ‎serve.

Blender blueberry ice cream

Nothing beats a scoop or two of delicious ice cream on summer days. Place 2 cups of milk, 4 ‎tsp of vanilla extract, ¼ cup of honey and 4 cups of fresh blueberries in your high-speed ‎blender. Add 8 cups of ice and start blending on speed 1. Gradually increase the speed until ‎you reach high speed. Keep blending until your ingredients are combined. When ready, ‎divide into bowls and serve.‎

Chocolate brownies

You won’t resist these homemade chocolate happy brownies aside of frappe coffee or hot ‎tea. In Ultrablend +, blend 4 mashed bananas, 4 eggs, 4 tsp of vanilla extract, ¼ cup of ‎coconut milk and 1 cup of chocolate chips. Add 2 cups of cocoa powder and ½ cup of ‎honey, then blend until smooth. Add 1 tsp of baking soda and pulse until combined. Spread ‎the brownie batter in a greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180⁰C. ‎Allow to cool for 10 minutes then serve or refrigerate until serving.‎
