Easy French Crepe Recipe
Ingredients
For 10 people
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups liquid milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter for greasing
Instructions
In ULTRABLEND +, combine milk, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, sugar, baking powder and oil.
Mix the ingredients on speed 4 until you get a smooth mixture.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-heat and grease with some butter.
Pour ¼ cup of the crepe batter in the pan and spread evenly.
When the batter color starts to change, flip to the other side and cook until slightly browned.
Serve the crepe immediately with chocolate spread or jam.
