Greek lamb
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1 kg of lamb leg roast
- 1 crushed garlic cloves
- 60 ml of lemon juice
- 150 g of peeled thinly sliced onion
- 1 tsp of dried oregano leaves
- 300 ml of chicken stock
Instructions
Add a small amount of oil.
Add lamb. Brown on all sides.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.
Cooking time: 40 min.
Season to taste and serve!
