How to make eggless crepes

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/3 cups milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- Butter for greasing the pan
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
In Ultrablend +, combine milk, vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until combined.
Slowly add flour and blend ingredients until you end up with a smooth texture.
Grease a pan with butter then pour in around 1/3 cup of crepe batter.
Cook crepe until golden from both sides.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the quantities are finished.
When done, spread a spoonful of cream cheese on each crepe and add around 2 tbsp of strawberry slices.
Serve immediately.
