Yoghurt Chicken Marinade for Grilling ‎

Ingredients

For 5 people

  • ‎5 chicken breasts
  • ‎3 cups plain yoghurt‎
  • ‎1 cup fresh cilantro
  • ‎1 medium-sized onion
  • ‎1/3 cup olive oil‎
  • ‎6 cloves garlic ‎
  • ‎1 tbsp lemon juice‎
  • ‎1 tbsp garam masala‎
  • ‎2 tsp salt‎
  • ‎1 tsp black pepper‎
  • ‎1 sprig rosemary ‎
  • ‎1 tsp paprika‎

Instructions

In ULTRABLEND + combine yoghurt, olive oil, cilantro, onion, garlic cloves, lemon juice, ‎garam masala, salt, black pepper, rosemary and paprika.‎

Choose the “pulse” function and mix until you get a smooth mixture.‎

Pour mixture over the chicken breasts and refrigerate for 2 hours.‎

Grill the chicken and serve.‎
