Potato pancakes recipe
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ cup flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
In Ultrablend +, combine mashed potatoes, eggs, garlic cloves, flour, onions and parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and black pepper. Blend on high speed until you get a creamy smooth consistency.
Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan. Pour in ¼ cup of the pancakes batter and brown on both sides.
Serve hot with sour cream.
