Yoghurt Chicken Marinade for Grilling
Ingredients
For 5 people
- 5 chicken breasts
- 3 cups plain yoghurt
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
In ULTRABLEND + combine yoghurt, olive oil, cilantro, onion, garlic cloves, lemon juice, garam masala, salt, black pepper, rosemary and paprika.
Choose the “pulse” function and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
Pour mixture over the chicken breasts and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Grill the chicken and serve.
