Meat bread
Ingredients
For 6 people
- Beef: 750 g
- Egg: 1
- Chopped onions: 3
- Red pepper: 1
- Yellow pepper: 1
- Sprig of parsley: 1
- Olive oil: 50 ml
- Sprig of fresh coriander: 1
- Nutmeg: ½ teaspoon
- Paprika: ½ teaspoon
- Cumin: ½ teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs: 15 g
- Salt: to taste
- Pepper: to taste
Instructions
Mince the meat with the mincer head fitted with the smallhole screen, on speed 3.
Put the meat in the stainless steel bowl.
Add the chopped onions, breadcrumbs, chopped coriander and parsley.
Run the appliance fitted with the mixer and lid on speed 1 until you get a smooth mixture.
Add the diced peppers, egg, paprika, cumin, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Run the appliance on speed 1 until you get a smooth mixture.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a loaf pan with aluminum paper leaving some paper hanging over the edges of the pan. Brush the aluminum foil with oil.
Place the preparation inside the pan. Brush the top with oil. Cover with aluminum paper.
Bake for 35 min.
Unwrap the aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the surface is brown.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes. Place on a serving tray and cut into slices before serving.
